New Delhi:The period of lockdown against the epidemic coronavirus in the country will end on May 3, meanwhile, on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video conference with all the Chief Ministers of the state discuss the preparations for the strategy ahead. PM Modi described the lockdown as very successful in the discussion. Kerala Chief Minister P Vijayan was unable to attend the video conference and was replaced by the Chief Secretary of Kerala.
Chief Ministers of Meghalaya, Mizoram, Puducherry, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Odisha, Bihar and Gujarat got a chance to speak at the meeting and Chief Ministers of other states have been asked to give their suggestions in writing.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to all the Chief Ministers for the fourth time after the applicable lockdown in the country and asked them to report on the current status of coronovirus infection in the states. Prime Minister Modi was accompanied by Home Minister Amit Shah.
1. Meghalaya Chief Minister Konrad Sangma says that They will continue the lockdown period in their state from May 3 onwards. Want to increase but some areas in green zone concession will be given.
2. The Chief Ministers of Orissa and Goa also say that the lockdown period should be extended.
3. The central government agrees to economic activities in areas that are not hotspots and It also depends on the state government how much concession it gives.
4. Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Trivendra Rawat termed MNREGA Demanding to increase from 100 days 150 days, he said that a committee of ministers and experts has been formed for the revival of the state.
5. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said that he has also demanded extension of lockdown period and adequate ventilator beyond May 3.
Demand for starting industries in Puducherry
Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy called for the intervention of the Center for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits and other security equipment for the state's Corona warriors. After the lock-down opened on 3 May, he demanded financial assistance from the Government of India to start industries and fight covid-19.
Instructions given to states by PM
Prime Minister Modi highlighted the red zone elected areas strictly adhering to the guidelines during the ongoing lockdown in the state. He said that those areas which fall within the red zone should be in the orange zone as soon as possible. Change and then continue to direct states to revise the green areas.
The Prime Minister says that those who are living abroad and those who have to return to their country from abroad, then we must pay attention to the process that Indians coming from any kind of foreign country should not be troubled and their family should not be at any risk.
